Is this real gambling? Can I win money?
No. Glasshouse Casino is for adults (18+) and for fun only. There's no real-money gambling and no prizes. Chips have no value outside the game and can't be bought, cashed out, traded or sent to anyone.
How are results decided?
By a random number generator and nothing else. A result never looks at your balance, your bet size, your recent results, your tier or whether you've bought anything. Card games deal from real shuffled decks; the blackjack and baccarat shoes are shuffled once and saved, so their order can't change mid-shoe. Each game's Rules and odds page (the i button) shows its long-run return.
The app closed in the middle of a hand. Did I lose it?
No. Results are paid and saved before anything animates, and a hand in progress comes back exactly where it was the next time you open the game. History, at the bottom of the lobby, lists every result.
I'm out of chips
Whenever you drop under 50 chips, a free refill is waiting in the lobby, with no wait and no limit. There are also free chips every two hours, a daily wheel and three daily challenges.
Moving to a new phone
On the old phone: Settings > Backup code > Copy code. On the new phone: paste it into the same screen and tap Restore. Full Floor comes back with Settings > Restore purchase (same Apple Account).
Full Floor
A one-time purchase that opens Baccarat, Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, Double Ember and Midnight Diamonds. It is not a subscription, never sells chips and never changes any odds. If you bought it and the games are still locked, tap Restore purchase in Settings.
Take care of yourself
You can set a play-time reminder in Settings, and slots autoplay stops when you're down 20 bets. If gambling of any kind stops being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open 24/7 in the US: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or chat at ncpgambling.org/chat.
