Glasshouse Casino Privacy Policy

The short version

Glasshouse Casino does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The app itself does not connect to the internet; buying or restoring Full Floor goes through Apple's App Store.

What stays on your device

Your progress (chip balance, stats, result history, tier, challenges, favorites and settings) is saved in the app's local storage on your device and in your normal device backups. It never leaves your device unless you choose to copy a backup code from Settings > Backup code, which you can paste anywhere you like. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also erase it from Settings > Start over.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Apple may provide the developer with aggregate, anonymous App Store statistics (such as download counts) under Apple's own privacy policy; the developer receives no personal information from them.

Purchases

The one-time Full Floor unlock is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles the payment under its own privacy policy; the developer never receives your name, payment details or Apple Account information. Whether you own the unlock is remembered on your device and checked with Apple when you open the app or tap Restore purchase. Chips are never sold.

Age

Glasshouse Casino is intended for adults (18+). The app asks you to confirm your age on first launch and stores only that yes/no answer, on your device. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
